He never compromised on principles. He was the apostle of peace and messiah of non-violence. His words shook the mighty British Raj. His non-violent means of struggle earned us freedom.<br \/>\nGandhiji proved that words are more powerful than war. He showed to the world that non-violence is a mightier than the most dreaded weapon. Gandhiji influenced and continues to influence more people world over than all the war-hungry rulers of the past and present put together.<br \/>\nWith terrorism and suppression of truth all around, non-violence is more relevant today for the survival and harmonious coexistence of human beings on earth.<br \/>\nToday Gandhiji is not around physically. Let his ideals and principles guide us.
